About wLawrence Performance:
Hello everyone! My name is Wyatt Lawrence the owner and founder of wLawrence Performance. It has been a dream of mine for several years to build a career in the health and fitness field, and this is my first step towards that! I am an NSCA-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and am currently accepting clients both in person and remotely. My introduction to fitness came from training for hockey. Since then I have gone on to play 4 years of junior hockey, and currently am playing at Westfield State University (NCAA DIV III) while I pursue a degree in Exercise Science. I also have extensive background in working manual labor jobs, so I know the unique challenges that my general population clients face physically in their day to day lives! I look forward to hearing what aspects you wish to improve upon, and helping you reach your fitness goals!
